What is your delivery coverage?
We deliver to the entire Penang Island EXCEPT for Teluk Bahang and Balik Pulau.
 

What is the delivery fee for my orders?
Flat rate delivery – RM12.00
Order RM120 and above - FREE delivery
 

If I placed an order today, when do I expecting the delivery?
Any order that is placed before 6am in the morning, we will able to deliver on the same day. Otherwise, it will be next-day delivery.
 

What is your delivery time?
Our delivery time is from 11am - 7pm
 

How do I make payment?
You can pay by Touch N Go e-wallet or online transfer. 

We only accept instant transfer and you will need to email the receipt to our email at [email protected] for confirmation.

What happens if my order items are missing or I’m unsatisfied with the quality?
Your shopping experience is at our utmost importance. If you are not satisfied with your purchased product(s), please take a picture with the invoice and sent it to our Whatsapp @ +6019-932 6378 within 2 hours from delivery. 

Due to hygiene concerns, goods cannot be changed after delivery. We shall review your claim at our sole discretion and refund will be made within 5 working days after approval by our management.
